Lavish Alice
Lavish Alice is a contemporary occasionwear brand, featured on dozens of leading marketplaces and department store sites, including ASOS, Next and Debenhams. As a fast-growing fashion brand, Lavish Alice had gotten to the point where they needed to implement a warehouse management system – so we helped set them up with Peoplevox.
We integrated Peoplevox with Lavish Alice’s Shopify Plus store, connecting them through our leading integration platform. We also integrated Shopify Plus with their ReBOUND returns system, setting the brand up with an IT ecosystem that’s perfectly matched to the fashion industry. On the day of their launch, three Patchworkers from our team headed down to Lavish Alice's HQ to help their team get set up and feel confident using their new systems.
Now, the Lavish Alice team are enjoying a holistic overview of their data – with a strong foundation of tech that’s built to handle the brand’s massive growth.
Maniere de Voir
Maniere de Voir are a leading fashion retailer, and also one of our oldest Peoplevox clients. As a brand that focuses on premium designed clothing, they wanted to deliver a customer experience that was as good as the products themselves. That’s why we set them up with Peoplevox.
Back in late 2017, we connected Maniere de Voir’s Shopify Plus store with their Peoplevox software, giving them more control over their day-to-day business operations.
Since their launch, we’ve been working with Maniere de Voir to help them achieve ongoing success, including running training sessions with their team to ensure they get the most of their systems. And when their Black Friday sale rolled around in 2018, two of our Patchworkers stayed on-site to make sure everything ran smoothly for the brand (which it did!).
The Simply Group
The Simply Group joined the Patchworks family back in 2017, when they needed help integrating Peoplevox with their online stores.
The brand has four ecommerce sites, as well as an electronic point of sale system in their physical shop, all powered by Shopify Plus. So when it came to connecting Peoplevox’s WMS with their Shopify stores, they needed a connector that could sync between their warehouse and all their different stores.
As their business continued to grow, they decided to add NetSuite’s ERP to the mix. Using our innovative NetSuite connector, we plugged their new ERP into The Simply Group’s existing Patchworks platform, creating a robust IT infrastructure that’s designed to handle their growth.
