Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Unprecedented Growth and Momentum at Patchworks

As 2024 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an extraordinary year at Patchworks. From exciting customer launches to milestone events and delivering exceptional value during peak trading, this year has been about driving real impact for the retail and e-commerce communities we serve.

Here’s a look back at some of the key moments that made 2024 unforgettable.

Strengthening Our Ecosystem with Milestone Events

This year marked two pivotal events that brought together our partners, customers, and team to foster collaboration and share knowledge.

In February, we hosted our first Partner SKO (Sales Kick-Off), where we shared our vision for the year ahead, celebrated successes, and equipped our partners with the tools and insights to drive value for their customers.

Building on that momentum, October saw the launch of Patchworks Connect, our flagship event bringing together partners and customers to exchange ideas, explore new opportunities, and dive into the future of retail integration. The event underscored our commitment to building a connected, thriving ecosystem.

Welcoming Exceptional Brands

2024 has been a landmark year for customer launches, with incredible brands joining the Patchworks platform and showcasing the power of seamless integrations. From driving operational excellence to enabling exceptional customer experiences, these partnerships demonstrate the versatility and scalability of the Patchworks platform.

We also had tremendous feedback from Castore and Belstaff in their case studies.

We were proud to support Ocean Bottle in their mission to reduce ocean plastic waste, ensuring their operations could keep pace with their impactful global initiatives. For Bollin Group, operators of Mountain Equipment, Hilly, Ronhill, Magic Mountain, Stanley, Mondaine, we facilitated seamless growth across their portfolio of over 20 brands, enabling them to scale operations with confidence.

Luxury and lifestyle brands also leaned on Patchworks for their integration needs, with Abask and Cluse turning to our platform to streamline their operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Similarly, Green People, pioneers in organic skincare, and Seraphine, the maternity fashion leader, experienced the agility of a unified tech stack.

We also partnered with Mr Marvis, the masters of tailored men's essentials, to optimise their order management systems, ensuring smooth operations across every touchpoint.

These are just a few of this year’s collaborations that highlight Patchworks’ ability to empower brands in diverse markets, enabling them to scale smarter and grow faster.

Peak trading during Black Friday and Cyber Monday demonstrated the reliability and scalability of the Patchworks platform. With a year-on-year increase in operational activity of over 300%, allowing them to focus on delivering great experiences to their customers.

Whether processing hundreds of millions of transactions or optimising order flows, Patchworks proved to be a trusted partner during the most critical trading periods of the year.

  • Bemeir (USA-based ecommerce success agency) launched Supplyline Medical on the Patchworks iPaaS platform, connecting NetSuite and Shopify.
  • Inviqa completed a migration for TEVEO, transitioning from Tapestry to Core and integrating Shopify, NetSuite, eHub, and Narvar.
  • Underwater Pistol integrated Shopify Plus with Bleckmann for LYMA using the Patchworks platform.
  • Knotted Commerce launched Jacuzzi, integrating Shopify Plus and NetSuite.

This year, we were proud to launch a series of blogs and resources designed to empower businesses. Highlights included:
