We’re looking for an accomplished Product Manager/Owner/Lead to join our Patchworks BI team. You will support the team to build a roadmap for our new Patchworks BI product.

You will help shape the future of the product by acting as an integral part of the e team.

As the Product Owner - Patchworks BI, you will:

  • Be responsible for the strategic and financial implications of Patchworks BI product team
  • Set the strategic direction and priorities for architecting the roadmap for the Patchworks BI product
  • Be responsible for setting priorities for the team to effectively manage and deliver advancements
  • Ensure that product development efforts incorporate an approach that starts with needs of the consumer to validate expected impact
  • Help promote human-centered design, embrace company principles, incorporate external insights and End to End process optimisations, and compliance engagement
  • Drive towards minimum viable product (MVP) by thinking iteratively and supporting GTM strategies
  • Set the bar for high product quality standards for teams
  • Take ownership of assigned features and lead the creation and prioritization of the team backlog
  • Have accountability for execution of assigned Features and associated products and deliverables within data domain
  • Perform ongoing generating, managing, refinement and prioritisation of the product backlog
  • Facilitate and guide the development of metrics, structure of studies, benchmark initiatives, and data collection methodologies in support of business requirements
  • Coordinate with the Patchworks BI team on adherence with data standards and quality metrics
  • Continuously innovate and evolve the product in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Provide clear story definitions and acceptance criteria and final acceptance upon story completion
  • Participate in establishing working principles (usage, design, data, decision making) as needed for the product
  • Promote an innovative culture in the Data team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus on Management or Data
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in working with technical or data teams
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective manager of people and strong team-building skills
  • Experience working with Scrum and agile Methodologies
  • Experience managing, and running agile ceremonies
  • Hands-on experience in using Jira to plan and execute sprints
  • Knowledge of Big Data and Analytics
Preferred Requirements:
  • Human Centered Design and User Journey mapping experience
  • Advanced analytics capability exposure to Snowflake
  • Proficiency with Tableau, or bespoke visualization tools such as D3
  • Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
  • Experience in use of Gherkin test scenarios (or similar)
  • Experience with low/high fidelity wireframing
Preferred Requirements:
  • To be an enthusiastic member of a modern and evolving marketing team, eager to contribute ideas and to embed creative writing into our integrated marketing campaigns that drive up sales and support the reputation of the business.
  • On occasion to support activities including out of core hours, such as events and trade exhibitions.
Additional Duties:
