Two weeks on from ShopTalk Europe, and the Patchworks team has finally had a moment to pause, reflect, and catch our breath (just about!). After a packed schedule of exciting conversations, partner meetups, and plenty of high-energy activities, we’re feeling inspired, grateful—and already planning for next year.

A Huge Thank You

First up, a big thank you to everyone who came to see us in Barcelona. Whether you were a long-time partner, a curious brand exploring integration options, or someone who simply fancied a chat and a coffee, it was a pleasure to connect. We’ve followed up, booked meetings, and kicked off some exciting conversations that we can't wait to continue.

A Week of Movement (Literally)

We like to keep things moving—so this year, we went a little beyond the usual stand chats and panel sessions. Our ShopTalk Shakeout was an absolute hit! Co-hosted with our partners at Visualsoft, Voyado, Shopify and supported by Sportsshoes.com 

We also attended OneStock’s spin class which was another fantastic way to kick off Day 1 of the event. Held at Lapso Studios, it was the perfect way to shake off the jet lag, reset, and connect with fellow attendees in a more energised setting (in Lycra, no less).

The Patchworks Getaway

We also hosted the Patchworks Getaway, a relaxed escape from the hustle and bustle of the show floor, co-hosted with Swap and Klaviyo. Set against the backdrop of sunny Barcelona, this getaway space gave our partners and customers a chance to dig a little deeper—talking tech stacks, composable commerce, and how brands are scaling smarter, not harder. The atmosphere was informal, the insights flowed, and it reminded us how powerful in-person connection still is in a digital world.

Cheers to New Connections

To round things off, we teamed up with partners and friends for some informal networking drinks, giving attendees a chance to wind down and swap stories. It wasn’t all work—there was plenty of laughter, shared learnings, and the odd glass of cava too. We loved getting to know the wider community beyond the showroom floor.
